Pleinair Painting
While I spent most of my days designing for movies, you will find me outside painting on weekends (especially in summer). Pleinair painting has become my way to relax, enjoy time outside and simultaneously learn about color and light, challenged by fast changing weather and sun. A lot of the paintings here are done in my second home Austria, which landscape will always be a major source of inspiration for my work. My paintings are usually on A5 - A4 format.

Life drawing
When it gets to cold outside to paint, I like to attend life drawing classes and study the human body. With my educational background in Character Animation, I am mostly interested in capturing a strong feeling of rythm, flow and expression.
